Price per week covers up to 6 adults, but it is possible to book an extra bed for max. 2 persons. Hiring usually starts from Saturday at 16 o’clock to Saturday at 10 o’clock.

Spa/Jacuzzi
In the lower terrace we have installed an outdoor jacuzzi – the top model from the Hotspring. It is a large 7 seaters spa (model Grandee).
The Jacuzzi is in the lower part of our newly furnished garden. Here you will have the most splendid views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Renting of the Jacuzzi is included in the rental price in the winter season (Nov-Easter). In the summer season the Jacuzzi is drained of water.

Rental conditions:
Cleaning of the House, bed linen and towels: all of this is included in the rental price. Our English hosts stands at your disposal, if you should encounter problems during your stay. We calculate the cost of this for you.
Heating: The house is heated during the winter months with 4 air-to-air heat pumps. Electricity is also included in the rental price. In addition, there is a fireplace insert in the living room. This means that heating with wood-burning stove is also an option.
Air conditioning: Installed air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room.
Heating of the pool for free: In 2009, we installed a large solar thermal system for heating of the pool. Heating of the pool is without cost to you.
Minimum rent:
Minimum rental is one week. But in the period from november to april you can buy extra days if you pay 1/7 of the weekly rate per day. You can plan your vacation for the cheapest travel days.
Deposit and payment:
You pay 25 % of the rental price of the deposit not later than 7 days after the booking of the house. You will have to pay an additional 280 Euros in deposit. The deposit will be returned by the return of key. If there are damaged items this will be deducted from the deposit.
The full rental amount has to be paid 8 weeks prior to the rental period.
Cancellation and insurance:
Cancellations can be made up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental. Paid deposit of 25% of the rental price is non-refundable, while the 280 Euros is refunded.
If cancelled later than 8 weeks prior to the rental period, the refund will only be refunded (excluding deposit of 25%), if the house is rented at full price to other tenants. Also, in this case there will be a repay of the 280 Euros.
Remember to take out cancellation insurance, etc., if you want this.
Signed rental contract will be sent, prior to paying the deposit. When the deposit is paid and the rental agreement has been signed the agreement is OK and you can book your flight.
Remember: Early booking offers the possibility of cheap flight tickets. At the same time, you have the advantage of having many free weeks to choose between in Casa Lobo!
