Terraces with breathtaking Mediterranean view:

From the living room there is direct access to a large terrace. This terrace has a covered and an open part, meaning that you can always find both sun and shade.

The view from the terrace is stunning beautiful at any time of the day

Most meals are served on the terrace – and it applies to all seasons. Even in the winter months it is usually possible to eat outside, and if it were cold, it could be lit up in the outdoor fireplace.

In the corner of the terrace, one can feel like the captain of a ship. …

And what do you say when you look at the sea from the corner of the terrace? Yes, as one of our guests said: “You almost feel like the captain of a ship when standing here with water on all sides” … … …

The barbeque area:

From the terrace on the ground plane there is access to the villa’s barbeque-area with the old Argentine barbecue. Here you can grill steaks, while enjoying the lovely sight of the roses and the glorious big orange tree, which stands in the middle of the barbeque area.
